2. Your full name in Arabic must be entered, along with the correct address including neighborhood, street name, and house number.

3. The mobile number provided must be active and registered on WhatsApp.

4. Please do not enter a different recipient’s name or mobile number; the information must match your own.

5. Shipping your order will take between 15 to 22 days, with a possibility of slight delays or extensions.

6. We will adhere to the specified processing and shipping time. If any delay occurs beyond the stated period, you may contact us via WhatsApp.

7. Additional fees may be applied by local shipping companies, but such fees will not exceed 40 SAR.

8. Full payment is required to confirm and ship your order.

9. Once the order is completed, no modifications can be made. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order.

10. Due to the high similarity of our products to the original versions—although not 100% identical—we would like to clarify that our products closely resemble the originals. We strive to provide the highest possible quality; however, minor differences may exist.
